As you grow as a trader, and eventually earn enough cards you will be able to scale the hierarchy here at Burned. To reach each level you must gain a certain card amount and submit a level up form. The level names come from the hierarchy in the spy world (according to Burn Notice) to a certain degree.

Once you reach mercenary, which is the highest level you can go, every 200 cards you make after that you will receive a reward and a little something special (haven't figured out what that is yet but I will before someone reaches that level) =]
